1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any service offered by jillip at jillip.club (the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines posted on the Platform. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and jillip ("we," "us," or "our"). jillip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage all Members to review this page regularly.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on jillip, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations for casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a resident of or physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid government-issued ID.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from jillip or any affiliated platform.
• You are permitted to hold only one (1) account on jillip. Duplicate or multi-account registrations are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another individual or entity when registering or placing wagers on the Platform.

jillip reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys, UMID, Passport, Driver's License), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jillip username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account will be deemed to have been performed by you, and you will be held fully responsible for all such activity.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jillip Support immediately via our 24/7 Live Chat. jillip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

You must not attempt to access any other Member's account, and must not use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended by jillip.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on jillip are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱) through PAGCOR-approved payment channels, including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Coins.ph, and USDT (where applicable).

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed at the cashier page.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jillip may require additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• jillip reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya transactions are typically processed within the same business day. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) banking days.
• jillip does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

jillip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements (turnover requirements), minimum odds or game restrictions, expiry periods, and maximum cashout limits.

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (as stated in each promotion's terms) before they can be withdrawn as real money.
• jillip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting loopholes, or coordinated betting — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside the wagering process.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jillip Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose under Philippine law, including money laundering, fraud, or tax evasion.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or any other technology to mask your geographic location or circumvent geo-restrictions.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in any game offered on the Platform.
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated software to interact with the Platform.
• Registering or playing on behalf of another person, including minors under the age of 21.
• Posting or transmitting any abusive, defamatory, or offensive content via any communication channel on the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jillip Platform, including but not limited to graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of jillip or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of jillip.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jillip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of winnings, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if jillip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jillip does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability, for which jillip accepts no liability.

9. Responsible Gaming

jillip is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming among its Members. We encourage all players — especially those in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, and across the Philippines — to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and to make use of our self-exclusion tools when needed.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to jillip's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR or the appropriate Philippine courts having jurisdiction over the matter.

jillip's decision on all disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account activity shall be final and binding, subject to any regulatory override by PAGCOR.

11. Amendments & Termination

jillip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, we may notify Members via email or an on-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

jillip may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms, PAGCOR directives, or applicable Philippine law. Upon termination, all pending withdrawals of legitimate funds will be processed in accordance with standard procedures.
